      Nothing is good here. They need to improve everything.

      Cons

      From salaries to work life balance everything is a con, Lacks in giving good compensation, Chiller appraisals, No respect for hard working employees, Only employees who do buttering is appreciated here, Micro management at it's best. No good projects.

You’ll need to take ownership and be proactive — it’s not a place where everything is handed to you. There’s a learning curve, especially with the kind of advanced tech we work on. But if you’re someone who enjoys challenges and wants to grow fast, you’ll thrive here.

      Pros

      We get to work on many new technologies. This helps me learn and grow professionally. There is exposure to many additional aspects of the project like customer interaction, stakeholder management which help me build my skills for the next level.

      Cons

      Nothing as such. All work is remote for now, we are really looking forward to go back to office and work more closely with team members.
