      -My work at Awardspring was interesting, challenging, and varied. -My coworkers were top-notch developers! -Management was open to trying new technologies, making it more interesting for the developers. -Work-life balance is encouraged at this company. -Remote work and no return to office requirement.

      I feel very supported and valued at this company. They work very hard to maintain work life balance and are always ready to invest in your career goals.

      Cons

      Being a startup for a long time means that staffing has been historically a bit low. Would like to see more diversity especially in management.
