Have hired over 6 GTM leaders in a span of 3 years only to part ways in less than 6 months, while legacy executive team stays mainly untouched. Company needs a massive reconstruction otherwise there is minimal opportunities of growing the business, and will be sold for parts.

Inexperienced leadership, they don’t know who their customers should be, they change their minds at a moment’s notice, they’ve fired and hired heads of sales twice in 6 months, they want everyone involved in every decision so it slows down everything, they can’t make a decision and then stay with it, how they hire employees and particularly executives is broken. They are lost as an organization.
