In the starting when i have joined environment is very good and most of the talented peoples are their.

1. After some time one by one all most talented employees goes from Awarebase because of there is no value of talent in talent and biased system followed all the time. 2. not follow new technologies, out dated.

I appreciate your full marks in the 'Values and Culture' category - without that foundation I think any business is doomed (or just not worth working for). Thanks for the feedback and thanks for giving your time to AwareBase. Your post was written 2 years ago - less than 12 months after we opened our India office. It was a HUGE learning experience for us which means we stumbled many times. This made things tough on more than a few of our people.
