• Work with interesting, innovative, technical architecture • Work with smart, conscientious, friendly people • Somewhat exciting startup atmosphere
Cons
• No reward or recognition for hard work • No raises, bonuses, promotions, stock incentives, 401K contributions • Company cannot seem to get to the next level • Talent doesn't stay more than a few years

Pros
Great colleagues and team collaboration at the individual level. Interesting telecom and digital-engagement technology. Flexibility in remote work and schedule.
Cons
Salaries are often not paid on time, sometimes delayed for weeks or months. CEO is not truthful— constantly making excuses and issuing empty promises. Zero financial stability or accountability at the top. Leadership hides problems instead of fixing them. No clear strategy, just confusion and poor decision-making.
