      The remaining people are good capable colleagues

      Cons

      Since the bankruptcy of Axcera, LLC and the startup of UBS-Axcera and purchase of Axcera's assets, financial and leadership management of the company has caused irreparable damage with ALL legacy customers and vendors. This has caused business to drop dramatically and people to leave in droves.

      Pros

      1. They ran very workable hours they gave you more then enough time to work a full day and have time for friends and family. 2. They actually people you work with are great, great people.

      Cons

      1. Salary freezes happen at least 3 times a year. 2. They have no loyalty to anyone. 3. Try to bend over backwards for customers that don't buy there product anyway at the expense of the employees.
