      Poor Training and very unprofessional

      Paid weekly. Got overtime. Nice.

      Cons

      No training program. Barely any chain of command. Management is very unprofessional. Should be reported. Payroll dept is inept and lacks social and professional skills.

      Weekly pay, travel, and great to get your foot in the door

      Cons

      Management ran by power hungry manager, travel 100% with no time back home, you never know what you're going to be doing, coworkers are extremely lazy if you work with Management. Per diem is extremely extremely low for normal rates. Pay is below average for what were doing

      The company is still in development. The company has policies and procedures in place that are not firm and can and will change in a sudden time. The owners are two brothers.
