    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Axel Springer full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Everything seems to be relatively safe and secured. The people are nice and I work in a great team. There is a lot of freedom and limited pressure.

    Cons

The processes are slow therefore opportunities are limited. Comfort seems to be overvalued compared to performance and potential. Compensation is behind the general tech market, esspecially the international one.
