Pros
Relaxing job . Some department (lab) is very busy because not enough people No experience needed. But low pay. No one monitor if you do the job It is a fun environment because most people are inexperience If your relationship with manager is close, you will have easy life without working hard. Personal relationship matters more.
Cons
If managers doesn't like you, they will make your life difficult to give reason to kick you out, regardless your work performance. Managers always busy on computer, most likely watch drama online but still got paid and take all credit. Any feedback will make your life more difficult, so best to say nothing. Manager act like they know but actually clueless
