Pros

Very pleasant working environment with nice people and a great atmosphere. Working hours are flexible which works well for people with children. Lot of different projects to work on and it never gets boring. Company tries to be up to date with new and improved technologies, which works pretty well. There are also the possibility to move to different positions inside the company.

Cons

Changes in processes takes place often.
