      Bait & switch, save yourself the headache and just look elsewhere!

      Excellent benefits and that’s about it!

      Cons

      Extreme micromanaging, top-down pressure, corporate greed… recipe for disaster. HR is a joke and doesn’t advocate for its employees. Tons of turn over, retention of good talent is becoming the biggest issue. Physicians are catching on and heading back MDT, numbers will drop, we will continue to lose market share. Titanic is sinking, get out now while you can.

      Some highly talented folks. Its very good experience working with them.

      Cons

      Most of the people were really nice and sport. Except 'couple' of people. You can expect the dirtiest politics. Better take care your self and your priorities. Its sad that some people are spoiling work ethics of American culture.

      Great medical benefits. No biweekly deductions from paycheck for benefits.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. Clinicals are expected to be available for patient calls 24/7 and to promptly respond to reps at any time of the day or night. Toxic work culture. Clinicals are expected to be reps without the commission and are under tremendous pressure to convert all patients to implant. Reps are revered and protected by management at all costs regardless of bullying, unprofessional behavior.
