Good colleagues, kind and supportive. Professional environment.

Poor management, discrimination often resulted in conflicts and demotivation in the team. You get no promotion for your hard work. No diversity. Soul draining environment. No career growth at all. Your target position will be replaced by somebody with no experience from outside. That's a good indication of the corruption level there.
