      Nice product , night shifts, cab ,food

      Cons

      Worst management....they just hire and fire......they expect immediate results.....I have heard the company is struggling to meet the targets.......they put you on pip and then tell you to leave.......

      Pros

      Infra & Facility is the only pro's but remember it's not the only job satisfaction to employees. Technically the products are unique though there are many competitors in the similar industry.

      Cons

      1. No proper Leadership in the management and most of the departments 2. Dirty politics in the floor right from the Bangalore Head. 3. Lack of proper administration & partiality during hiring process. 4. Hire & Fire policy at Sales team which is too much of attrition, engineering team seems to be quite OK though no proper leader on the floor 5. At-least 10 members from HR team is out recently for whatever reasons which frustrates others teams.

      Pros

      The leadership is easily reachable and believes in transparency. Very quick recruitment process. Salary is best in the industry. Azuga is growing at a very rapid rate - so, if you want to grow with the organization and has the required expertise --- This is the place to be!

      Cons

      So far, pretty happy really. #Touchwood
