They are good to their employees during the holiday, they have good employees
Cons
Bad management, Horrible HR, Horrible office politics, they are not honest with their employees, make empty promises. The moral is brought down by management. There is not organization, employees do double work, the employees work their butts off and are not appreciated, not paid well for the amount of work and even though this is family owned company, they do not treat their employees in that manner at all. If anyone stands up to management, especially HR - you lose your job. The turn over is extremely high, at least 2 to 3 every couple months. Administrative Assistant the one that has been there the longest is 7months The owners son works there and is a pervert and nothing is done even though numerous complaints have been made
