      "Outside the box” thinking: Encourages the employees perform “outside the box” thinking - willing to consider different solutions and methods for reaching the desired outcome Work-Life Balance: Offers great Work-Life balances as the Company insists on smarter work being done than on hard work. Wonderful Colleagues: Comrades would be the better term that can be used than Colleagues. There will be always one or the other ready to offer help. If you have any doubt with respect to work, then there will be always someone to lend a helping hand. New Joiners will be provided with all the resources, training and guidance required.
