      You will work with top clients and projects, wich is very usefull for the resume. The working environment is really nice.

      Cons

      There is no posibility of growth as a professional, the only option is to turn into a manager. They don't value their professionals.

      - They sell the positions like an exiciting work but the actual day by day is a nightmare - They just care about money from the clients and dont care about you as an employee - They have a poor management in tools like workday that is impossible to use taking hours of your time - There are a lot of bureaucracy not only with clients but in the organization - In the client that i worked on (Walmart) they put me some assignments but after 2 months doing them they said to my Babel manager that i am not having proactivity, empowerment, and some subjective things that they didnt advertise when sell the position,
