Pros

None, just need to have 5 words

Cons

Forced retirements, bullying, unmanageable workloads, faulty equipment, and "flexible" work only happens on your manager's schedule, they'll create any excuse to deny your requests. This place will chew you up and spit you out without a second thought. Any positive reviews on here are from people who are hounded by HR to submit a review after working for only a few weeks, so at best, they don't give a real picture of the day to day agony many people face here. If you have any passion, talent, creativity, or morals, this place will take it all and leave you with chronic physical and mental health issues. The only people who survive here are those willing to completely check out, or step on whoever is around them to climb up.

Pros

Management and executives can easily get away with bullying, harassments, intimidation, and unprofessionalism.

Cons

The new hires are bullied, there is no support for team members in anything, everything is go with the flow, gossip is everywhere and H.R looks the other war, H.R also protects bullies who are usually the supervisors, and no one really talks to each other. BCA depends on coop students to do the data entry because no one wants to apply at this toxic place. Many people have been fired by H.R for speaking out against anything.

Pros

Fantastic people to work with. Comfortable, union based, flexible schedule/workplace, full benefits, stable family oriented workplace. No forced overtime, very rare to dismiss any employee, even if weak in their field.

Cons

Career progression, management has lost touch with working level. Pay increases haven't kept up with the economy in over a decade which really builds up to unfair wage in competitive market, union ineffective and biased to their majority - core business appraisers. Zero merit based opportunities, unfair work dispersion amongst divisions, and no incentives to excel. Cannot settle on a strategic direction, re-org after re-org without playing one out.
