Pros

The dogs and the some of the staff.

Cons

The CEO is an abusive bully who prefers dehumanizing his employees. Inequality, toxicity, and a serious lack of human resources gives he and his wife free rein to mistreat their staff. Donations pay salaries.

Pros

- Training and office staff are great people, hardworking and committed to the charity. - Working with the dogs and clients is fun and fulfilling.

Cons

- Worst management I have ever experienced. CEO is verbally abusive to staff members and some clients (name calling and such), moves applicants up on the waiting list if they offer money, lies to clients and donors about where their money is going etc. - Staff turnover rate is insane, most employees don't stay longer than a year. - Work/life balance is non-existent for trainers. Lots of travel and manager expects you to travel with 0 notice. - No overtime paid while most staff end up working lots of overtime hours.
