1. Good for a fresher to get used to technology 2. People here are very good and team spirit is at its high 3. Everyone feels good to work until they understand things are driven from Head Office who have no idea what’s going on here

Cons

1. You won’t get the salary promised 2. They will keep a high percentage of variable pay and won’t pay that 3. Top Management is in Australia and they don’t know what’s happening in India but they take decisions
