Work pressure is not much and few onsite opportunities, very short term(max 3 months) though. Apart from that i am not sure about any other pros.
Cons
Getting leave approvals,very less salary,bad appraisals,bad policies, office timings& health premium is too high--all these even when you compare to service industry--So you cant even compare to OEMs. and no canteen, no outings. As many acqusitions happened which are still under process, company may have good future, but for 3 years or so there is no visibility of good days for BE Aerospace employees for sure. So if you are getting offer from BE on the letterhead of Collins aerospace then think twice..Best of Luck.
