Thank you for taking the time to share a reflection on your experience as a Client Success Consultant. We’re grateful for the years you invested in serving clients and supporting your teammates, and we appreciate the care you clearly still have for the people and the work. We take your feedback seriously, particularly around development opportunities and compensation. The CSC role sits at the center of the client and contractor experience, and we recognize that carrying a large portfolio and navigating complex situations can be taxing without the right level of support and resourcing. Your comments reinforce the importance of ensuring our teams feel equipped, heard, and supported in the work they do every day. Your observations about growth, retention, and long-term development are important as well. As we continue to evolve as an organization, we are actively evaluating how we create clearer pathways for advancement, strengthen leadership stability, and ensure compensation and career progression remain competitive and sustainable. Thank you again for sharing your perspective with such honesty and professionalism. We’re grateful for the contributions you made during your time with BELAY and wish you continued success in your career and the next season ahead. Warmly, The BELAY Team

Pros

Everyone is polite, but that's literally it.

Cons

They micromanage. They take 54% of what you make. They are not supportive of their contractors. They state flexible and supported work, but you should pray nothing happens during your employment that needs immediate attention. They literally do not care if someone dies. They do not value human beings, only contracts.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for partnering with BELAY. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding compensation. Client needs and scope of work vary widely, and those factors directly influence role expectations across engagements. BELAY’s role is to thoughtfully match contractors with clients whose needs, complexity, and investment align with the contractor’s experience and preferences, while also providing support beyond placement alone. Our model is designed to reduce many of the challenges independent contractors face by handling client acquisition, vetting, matching, contracts, invoicing, and collections, allowing contractors to focus on delivering excellent work rather than managing backend logistics. That said, we recognize that compensation expectations evolve and that market conditions continue to change. We regularly review the pay rate of our contractors to ensure it reflects both client demand and the value our contractors bring. Contractors are also encouraged to bring any concerns regarding their pay rate directly to their BELAY Talent Specialist. We’re grateful for your feedback and for your partnership with BELAY. Input like this helps inform ongoing improvements as we work to create sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships for both contractors and clients. Warmly, The BELAY Team

Chaos city

Pros

You can be paired with some fun clients and you get some say in who you are paired with

Cons

RUN! This company is in chaos and it is an absolute shambles. I used to look up to the company but no more. Everyone wants to leave the company and there is no investment in the people or the culture. I actually used to want to work for the company as a FT but after hearing horror stories of how the CEO talks about employees in private and how the Csuite is in absolute chaos from multiple people in the company, it is clear that I never want to work for this company and nor should you. They also take 50% minimum of what the client pays.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed working with some of our clients and appreciated having input into client matches. We understand that your perception of the organization differs significantly from the experience we strive to create for our employees and contractor community. While we recognize that periods of growth and change can generate differing viewpoints, we remain committed to investing in our people, strengthening communication, and providing meaningful support across the organization. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. – The BELAY Team
