Pros
it has a very good sitting area, spacious and well ventilated, newly built and everything is clean, safety is given due importance and it has great location away from the rest of the corporate buildings in the city
Cons
the approach is very congested and the nearby places are very expensive to live and BGEPIL does not pay that much to afford. The bonus is crap and is not visibly linked to the base salary and annual performance review. The HR is totally lost and development program is only on paper. The promotion is not transparent and salaries are below market. The work is created to keep economists/analysts busy till late evening (8) the polices are only on paper and administration is not very useful. The movement to other assets is totally no-no. The career growth is non existent and one keeps on doing the same work, repeatedly and endlessly. The management just does not care to evaluate the worth of its employees.
