      BHG has been an amazing place to work. The company goes above and beyond to keep employee's motivated and involved as a team. Another part I love about working at BHG is how involved and clear the owners are with the employees.

      Pros

      At BHG you learn quickly why so many people have been here 10+ years. Its the healthiest culture I have been apart of, established by the founders and echoed by each department. If you put the work in you can be confident that you will be taken care of and recognized. Although big business is done here the processes and decision making happens quickly which I would say is a product of a culture that empowers employees to make decisions using common sense and not defaulting to protocol every time. First company I feel comfortable referring friends and family to.

      Here at BHG I feel like my opinion matters and I can really make a change. This company provides so many opportunities and I couldn’t be any happier working here!

      Cons

      The only down side currently is not being able to work from the office due to Covid.
