- Employee Engagements be it "The other Side" annual health check ups or Off-site everything is phenomenal - Great learning of industry concepts and fundamentals such as Behavioral Economics - Flexible timing and WFH Policy - Friendly Environment and great colleagues - All in all one of the best MNC to work with in today's scenario

Cons

- Monotonous work even after spending 3 years you will continue to do what you have been doing. No option of Profile change - Initial few months you literally have to be on your toes to prove yourself as you will be overloaded with work /Pressure depending on the profile you are working in
