Do you want to be your own boss and work without guidance from senior management? If so, this is the place for you! No one cares either way.
Cons
- Incompetent middle and senior management. - Without the needed leadership nor vision. - A toxic environment built on nepotism and appearances (Senior Management composed by a small circle of friends protecting themselves). Career advancement is based on the above, not on performance and capabilities. Performance indicators are terrible, but no one cares; they just try to hide this by making excuses and blaming others.
