Pros
The owner of this company will get up at 6 am to shower and drive the individuals we serve to workshop, just as quickly as he will ask one of us to do so.
Cons
Staff don't always want to show up and don't always provide adequate notice when leaving our individuals care, creating a great weight on others to pick up the slack and provide the care, to the cost of many of our families and own personal care.

Flexible, supportive, helpful. Offers insurance, 401k, employee of the month bonuses.
Cons
Staff don't always commit. They'll sign up for orientation and not show up. Makes it hard in the field.
