      Pros

      The company values employee opinions, concerns, suggestions, well-being and goes above and beyond in showing their appreciation and willingness to continually improve. The company also encourages their employees to be hands on, continually learn, and expand beyond their immediate role and think bigger.

      Cons

      Due to the structure of the cubicle layout, it can get loud and disruptive at times. However, they do have conference rooms that can be reserved, if needed.
