1. No salary review for the whole firm! That means, you will be stuck at what you get at the beginning for a few years. All other IBank companies I have worked for, always increase the salary on a annual basis except during financial crisis like 2k8 2. So much drama among different departments. People like to do their own job instead of getting the project done for the firm as a whole. 3. Inefficient management. Management creates the culture for point 2. 4. Technology infrastructure is very outdated compared to other investment banking firms.

Welcome to a company where the clock matters more than the work. You can sit around doing nothing all day as long as you clock in and out on time, but god forbid you arrive a few minutes late. While other companies embrace remote work and flexibility, this place is stuck in the stone age. Promotions and raises aren't earned here, they're handed out based on favoritism. If you're on the wrong side of management, expect endless work, the only reward you can get is more workload. Priorities here? Not the company, not efficiency -just whatever makes their department (or themselves) feel good
