      Pros

      Great industry to work in. Great facilities and equipment. Friendly people that desire to work together. Many opportunities to grow and improve.

      Cons

      Very little communication from the top down. Departments therefore, become isolated and focused on on their goals and making it less of a whole team atmosphere. Little to no effort is made to show employees are valued, when it is done it feels like it is an afterthought or and appeasement.
