You get to work with some lovely clients... but not co-workers.

Cons

Honestly the worst company I have ever worked for. A disgustingly toxic working environment. The owner of the company hasn't got a clue, he backs the 'prettiest employees' rather than those who actually do work. Pretty sure only has this company so gets to travel, and is living beyond means. I wouldn't be surprised if the company goes under soon.

The owner is a self obsessed moron. The CEO is only there for himself and has no attributes a CEO should have. Both have no idea how to manage and motivate staff, they use threatening and bullying tactics and are very rude and very un PC No benefits.

A few qualified, good people with a genuine work ethic still work there. Depending on your role, you may get to travel to events abroad.

Cons

Egotistical owner and other management are unqualified and/or unskilled in their roles. No respect from the bullying management and everyone is subjected to constant disgusting language and cringeworthy jokes better suited to 15 year old boys. Owner expects staff to fulfil his social life and has no idea of appropriate behaviour. Cronyism and sexism decide who succeeds. The office is toxic unless you're part of the incestuous clique.
