We want everyone's experience here to be an excellent one. We will, of course, listen to all of these inputs - both good and bad - and make the corrections necessary to make this an even better place to work!
It is unfortunate that this reviewer decided to make a personal attack on the management staff and the ownership group. The criticism is unfounded. There is no cheating – no slight of hand – in any of our business dealings. We live the open door policy. Peer-to-peer, the peer-and-management level, and on an ownership level – we live the ‘open door’ way of life. On a personal level, the very reason I work here is the positive work ethic and strong moral compass of the ownership group and the management team.
Again, from an HR perspective, we always want team members to engage and motive each other. It is certainly difficult to read such a negative review directed at a group of really positive people. And, like some of our other responses, it is difficult to ignore a former team member calling an atmosphere ‘cancerous’ when they were part of the environment.
Lastly, regarding the reviewer’s advice regarding management and leadership, I am very proud of – not only our demographic diversity – but also our management diversity. Our team has a CPA’s, MBA’s, degreed engineers, social leaders, quality leaders, business leaders, and managers who have ‘worked their way up’ from brick-layer to industry leader. Our team, and culture, is positively engaged and strong because of the leadership diversity we bring to our everyday actions!
