The people you work with make the job into anything positive. It easy to get away with things and to get promoted if you know the right people in the company.

Cons

Poor pay and benefits Unless you're a GM you wont get any respect from the company Micromanagement. Shady business practices. Horrible work/life balance

None. The pay is low and the hours are long.

Cons

Everything. Corporate does not care about employee maltreatment. Insurance is insanely expensive and the coverage is negligible at best. They allow a hostile, racist work environment and do nothing to bring about change.
