Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project. This was a good company to work for when I worked there. The management changed and things went down hill from there
Cons
Management is clueless as to what is going on with their business. A lot of unnecessary stress. The management doesn't care about the guys who actually work in the shop, they are treated less than.
