Pros
Free parking. Work isn't very taxing. About 50% of the people there are nice.
Cons
Low pay. Staff undervalued. Inconsistent management decisions. Blame culture is rife. No corporate ambition. Lack of opportunities. Deceitful management. Management have their favourite employees and if you aren't one of them, beware! There is a them and us culture between departments

the staff in the office and factory area at bvm are generally a good bunch of guys. the working hours are very convenient and the factory is easy to get to from the motorway. free coffee. relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
i was taken on as a trainee but within a day it became clear that i had been employed just to tidy up and move things. managers seem disorganised and give conflicting instructions to one another.
