      Some really lovely staff Freedom to work from home Flexibility to manage own diary 1 Manager was amazing and supportive

      2nd Manager very unsupportive, in the 10 months I was managed I never had any form of appraisal, or provided with any KPI’s. If your face fits & Directors like you then you’ll do well. Staff treat like numbers & not humans Profit rules, regardless of learners
