      Pros

      None that I can think of. Grade 2 by pure luck.

      Cons

      Unrealistic KPIs, toxic culture, bullying mentality, no trust in the leadership and direction.

      Really good group of people who are all trying to do a good job. They don't really check on you but you are expected to get through a lot o work

      Cons

      Management is unavailable and really doesn't care. They let down the teams and students as their interest is money
