      Had a wonderful experience working at Bader Rutter. Great company, family like culture and enjoyed clients and colleagues I got opportunity to work with.

      nice office. Some nice people, but they have since left the agency

      Cons

      So many. Leadership is out of touch (of the ELT, how many have been there more than 20 years?). The staff go after each other to climb up the ladder. The accounts are boring (ag). Come for the money, leave for the opportunity to grow.
