Pros
Baffle has a good range of products to address the Data security in cloud as well as on premise. Baffle also stepping in to AI to address the data security issues when dealing with AIs.
Cons
The concepts are bit more complex for the layman to understand. It requires a bit of training / learning. The company seems like mainly relying on the Federal laws to impose the data security to sell their products.

Pros
Baffle is a great place to learn, implement and grow. It has products on leading technologies like GenAI, ML. Work culture is good and transparent. You get easily noticed by everyone if you work hard. No office politics, pure talent and dedication is appreciated.
