Top Management don't want your ideas. All decisions are top to bottom approach and no ideas and suggestions are appreciated. Your skills as a management trainee is of no use as you will be asked to do mostly some agent's operational work. Unless you are your Reporting Managers' pet ,you won't be appreciated for the hard work. Every day morning meeting regarding sales target ends in Foul languages and demotivation. Transperancy just like an effective HR is a myth. You are provoked daily to leave the company, and called useless, and when you put down letter they hold your salary.(by delaying your FNF clearance).
