Good health benefits. Nothing else really.

Cons

Upper management micromanages. Bosses actively scrutinise the amount of time you spend at your desk. FaceTime culture. Strange rules regarding lunch time, pantry usage etc. Some bosses are difficult to work for and love to gossip amongst themselves. Toxic environment with words used and behaviour that are not appropriate for a professional work setting. Even searched through an employee’s personal belongings on false pretenses.
