Pros

Good pricing, nice ambience,

Cons

Understaffed constantly, poor management, unprofessional management, sexual harassment, not taking care of employees, favoritism, no accountability, No work life balance whatsoever. Servers getting to come in whenever, manager eating on shift, relationships between staff members, drunk bartenders, constantly out of basic inventory.

Clear instructions, management willing to help out during the rush

Cons

Were very stingy. Most restaurants I've worked in will give their employees a decent discount or a free meal, but Bakers Crust barely gave 10%. High employee turn over rate
