      You will Learn a lot in the first 6-7 Months then the job

      Internal politics Your TLs and Managers will take all the credibility and visibility for tour work and if there is any error that will come down to you Micromanagement so as to deduct your Bonus all the time as that is their priority not to give you Bonus and try to make seniors leave as they hire Junior coordinatora with more than half the pay
