Decent benefits. Good parking close to office
Cons
MGMT is worse I've seen. They don't care about employees at all. They offer nothing for perks, not even coffee. You're expected to show up, work, then leave. No socializing with co-workers.

Pros
Workers on the floor are great, hard-working people, but Bang is just an all-around bad company in every other corner.
Cons
Management is full of self-serving attitudes that trickle down to employees doing the actual work which creates an extremely negative work atmosphere. Bad pay, no raises, hard work, long hours, no appreciation for jobs well done. Do yourself a favor – don't apply to this this sewer of a company.
