Pros

Good colleagues. Nice work life balance

Cons

Management is clueless and is completely blind to the real state of business. Constantly walking around padding each other on the shoulders telling each other how cool they are without having a clue of what is really going on. Pay is horrible.

Pros

Very good flexibility regarding where and when to work. Right to take time of when having sick children. 7 weeks vacation a year. 36 hour work week. Right to use time on job for learning new things (e.g. by using Linked in learning or by literature). Good work-life balance.

Cons

Salary is not very competitive. Company has a lot of legacy systems, which you risk using a lot of time on. Lots of business people in management, which can sometimes seem a bit clueless as to which solutions to go with.
