Awful place to work, you have to fight for any kind of flexibility and opportunities. Majority of the leaders just micro manage and are very impersonal and seem inexperienced. Senior leadership team don't care about you at all, they'll be nice to your face but do nothing to help you and just screw you over. You can tell that Bankwest is going down and struggling to remain competitive based off recent internal decisions and how they treat staff. Home loan products are not competitive and haven't been for half a year why would anyone get a loan with Bankwest
