Nothing much. Facilities provided by company is ok.

Cons

Pay scale is not good for entry and middle level employees. Also not providing the salary committed by HR at the time of interview. Increment is very little i.e. 3-4% only of Basic. Growth and Learning are Zero.Only senior management are getting all the benefits.

No diversity (at least from what I've seen) Stuck in old fashioned ways Bad reputation with old customers of mine It was around the holiday season that I was brought on, so we had off quite a bit. I was let go within 2 months of working at Barentz even though I was told I was meeting expectations so far. 2 months is not enough time for anybody at any company. I was just getting to know my coworkers and customers. I really should've asked around before I went to this company. It was a mistake on my part, but you live and learn.
