Pros
Management aside, it is a fairly relaxing and friendly place to work. Good location on fringes of city, and a nice pedestrianised area behind the building to eat your lunch in the sunshine during the summer.
Cons
Authoritarian high level management. Submissive, ineffective and out of touch middle management. No career planning. Reluctance to provided training and development. Most staff without payrises for over 5 years. High levels of experienced staff turnover in last 2 years combined with approx 50% fall in assets under management.
