Bark is a great company and a wonderful place to learn advanced technologies. As an organization, they believe in investing in the learning and development of their employees. They have excellent policies and processes and value work-life balance.

Cons

Even a great company and product can face failures under the wrong leadership. Assigning all responsibilities and leadership roles to someone just because they were the first employee might not be effective. A manager with an attitude of always being correct, who dictates rather than collaborates, and who doesn't appreciate or analyze the team's work and challenges, can negatively impact the organization. These factors can lead to the attrition of great talent.
