It is a small company, so you need to learn a lot of different skills. Not good for people who like ruts.

I was hired for assembly but never did any assembly. Made it seem like I would be doing something interesting during my interview until I got there and realized my whole day was spent playing with cardboard boxes like I was working in a shipping Department. The last review was right throw out your resume because you won't need it! It doesn't matter what you have experience in you wont be doing it. But hey if you enjoy being micromanage and frustrated all day long then this is the place for you because Jenna will be breathing down your back ALLL DAY! And even if she told you how to do something, 5 minutes later it could be wrong because she changed her mind but it will be your fault. Oh and you better remember everything the first time they tell you because if they have to repeat themselves they get very nasty. They expect you to be perfect from the day you start.
