Good people, salary and working hours, bad management, obsolete technology, horrible business

Pros

The work environment was really good and the best of the company was the people and the working hours. The salary was competitive, at least for software roles.

Cons

The business is the worst thing you can imagine. If you have any morals or ethics, you better look for another job. If you don't mind, go for it. The technology used was obsolete. Difficult to make direction to understand the importance of including new technologies and tools. I don't know it this has changed in the last years.

Benefits were good, early Fridays, company events, etc..

Cons

Even though I accomplished all my objectives for the year, the management did not want to raise my salary, due to budget issues. At one point I was getting paid less than I was at the beginning.

Pros

The benefits such as the free lunch, medical aid, and half-day Fridays are great but the biggest benefit is the multi-cultural team. The fact that despite working in tandem to generate revenue does not stop the company from taking risks and not being afraid to try and innovate where possible.

Cons

Having a company with offices based around the world, there can be miscommunication but this happens very rarely.
